Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of a 4 year course preferable business related courses.

2. Has excellent time management skills, can multi-task well.

3. Enjoys working in a fast-paced working environment and is a team player.

4. Good communicator

Plus points:

1. With at least 2 years experience in customer relations in the service industry.

2. Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft EXCEL, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Handles customer-business communications from Zammi’s corporate clients to store walk-in customers.

2. Distribute/send emails, letters, new products, services, and promotions to new and existing customers.

3. Manage mobile and telephone hotline; ensure all calls and text messages received within the day are answered.

4. Attends to all e-mail and social media inquiries. Ensure acknowledgement and strictly observe response time of within 24 hours.

5. Contribute to higher customer retention, improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

6. In charge of daily reporting of sales and billings
